COMMISSIONS T.O.S

GENERAL
"I" refers to the artist (Dropett) and "client, you" refers to the client!- What I can draw : Humans, Anthros, Ferals
-What I can't draw : Mechs, Vehicles, Firearms
-What I will not draw : NSFW, Pro-shipping, Fetish art, depictions of hate, abuse or racism.-I reserve the right to deny service for anyone, no matter the reason.
-I post all finished commissioned art pieces I make to my social media accounts listed on my VGen page
(Unless the client pays an NDA fee).PAYMENT-All payment must either be 100% upfront or once I finish lining.I currently don't accept payment plans for commissions.COMMERCIAL/PERSONAL USE-Any finished commissioned artwork I make can be used by the client for personal use with proper credit.
(ex: Profile Pictures, Sharing, etc.)I do not consent to any of my finished artworks being used to train AI, for commercial use or redistributed without creditREVISIONS-A client can request any revisions during the sketching period but once I progress to lining, I will only fix mistakes, denying further revision requests.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY-You can expect a piece to be finished within 1-3 weeks, but if in the case it takes longer, I will let you know or otherwise give a full refund.REFUNDS-The only time I will give a full refund to a client will be in the event that I am not able to finish a commission. I will not give refunds for any other reason.COMMUNICATION-You can contact me through my VGen or through Toyhouse DMs! Adding to this; I will be in contact at the major stages of the art piece to give updates to the client (Sketching, lining, finish, etc.) unless it is for a surprise me styled comm!-If a client is disrespectful towards me during the time I am working on their art piece during communication, I will stop working with them

GENERAL
"I" refers to the designer/artist (Dropett) and "you" refers to the owner of a design!- I retain the right to using any of my designs to advertise my account, commissions, and art examples on my socials, etc.PAYMENT
- All adopts purchased from me must be bought 100% upfront through Paypal. Refunds are not accepted once full payment has been made.- If an adopt for any reason costs over €200, perhaps due to an auction; alternative payment options can be discussed such as holds and payment plans with a 50% down payment.GENERATIVE AI / NFTS
- Putting any of my designs or art through Generative AI and/or turning them into NFTS is strictly forbidden. If I'm informed any buyer does this, I will take immediate action.MONESTIZED/COMMERCIAL USE
- You may use any design purchased from me for monetized and personal usage (ex. Streaming on Twitch, YouTube, personal merch made for just yourself.)- Commercial use at this time is not allowed but may be subject to change in the future.FORMS OF PORTRAYAL
- I'm mostly fine with what you choose to use my designs for, but what you can not use them for is as follows:- Condoning bullying, racism and/or illegal activities depicted to hurt real people or characters made based on real people.- Using my designs in fetish materials. NSFW is fine, as long as you and the character are 18+ years of age, otherwise only SFW is allowed.- Using my designs in proshipping, zoophilia, Pro-Zionist, Pro-MAGA, ANTI-LGBTQ, etc material. I will always be against these. If you are or support any of these as listed, I will blacklist you.RESELLING/GIFTING/TRADING OR REDESIGNING- Reselling, gifting and trading my designs is totally fine! But I would like to be informed beforehand if you plan to do so! I like knowing where and who my designs are going to so that my T.O.S is kept in place no matter who the design is given to.- Do not ask for money on a character if you received them for free. (You may charge money if extra commissioned art is added!)- Altering a design is fine, as long as they still keep their most defining trait(s). In most cases I will not allow you to change the species of my adopts, but you're always free to ask! (Closed/partially closed species are always a firm no.)OTHER
